The owners of the Regency Banquet and Conference Center are determined to create the most elegant and luxurious catering and corporate venue available in Rockland County. They have spared no expense during a custom and complete renovation of all public rooms and facilities completed in 2009, including custom mill work, lighting, audio and furniture to complete their vision of creating Rockland’s finest catering and conference center.  A beautiful room however is not enough to ensure the finest catering and conference facilities.  The team of catering and conference professionals assembled by the owner are second to none.

All meals are prepared under the guidance of Chef Craig Hoffman, a graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America. Chef Hoffman has years of experience working with at of the most renown restaurants and hotels in our area. Chef Hoffman joined The Regency in 2008 and before he took his first step into the kitchen, he vowed to only use the finest ingredients, and prepare each dish with an infusion of passion and creativity.  Since he has begun, it has been abundantly clear that Chef Hoffman has an eye for detail and a sense of taste to please anyone’s palate. According to his wishes all meals are prepared with a passion for perfection with the finest and freshest ingredients available. Your guests will be talking about your wonderful food for days to come.  Our menu has been developed with a painstaking detail with new dishes being added regularly. We serve traditional, elegant fare, with a contemporary flair!
